Registration for Eagle Rock in Tennessee is open!

Camp Dates: July 22-26, 2019

departing for Camp: Sunday, July 21, 2019

Returning Home either late July 26, 2019 or early morning July 27,2019


Camp Cost: Now $275 per student to help with transportation!

Note: Students are responsible for the full amount of the cost of camp: $275. we will be fundraising for transportation to and from eagle rock camp. please see details below.


Payment Schedule:

$50 non-refundable deposit due December 2, 2018 (Your $50 deposit secures your spot!)

Note: If you sign up after 12/2/18, your deposit will be due as soon as you are able to pay it. Thank you!

$50 due by January 27, 2019

$50 due by February 24, 2019

$50 due by March 24, 2019

$50 due by April 28, 2019

$25 Due By May 26, 2019

If you sign up after the dates listed above, full payment will be required ASAP. If you sign up after a payment due date you’ll be responsible for paying the deposit and any missed payments as soon as you are able!

We will be fundraising our transportation to and from Eagle Rock. Below you’ll find all fundraisers we current have scheduled. ALL students going to Eagle Rock are required to be at all fundraisers. If they do not show up to all of them there will be an additional $30 due.

  1. Shirt fundraiser - Each student will be required to try and sell 5 more 2 life shirts @ $20 ea. Students will be given a ENVELOPE after signing up with details!

3. SCROLL DOWN UNTIL YOU SEE THE SECTION FOR "YOUTH MINISTRY". ENTER YOUR PAYMENT AMOUNT IN THAT BOX.

4. SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM AND SELECT THE BOX THAT SAYS "ONE TIME." 

5. EITHER SIGN IN OR SELECT "MAKE ONE TIME DONATION AS GUEST."
